男,湖南洞口人。IEEE高级会员、中国自动化学会高级会员。控制科学与工程一级学科硕士点导师。近年来,一直从事多传感器信息融合和智能决策与控制等研究工作。截至目前,已在IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IET Control Theory & Applications, Since in China Series F等国内外期刊上以第一作者发表论文近30篇,另以第一作者发表国际会议论文近20篇。其中11篇被SCI收录,31篇被EI收录。目前主持国家自然科学基金、省自科学基金和省教育厅优秀青年基金各1项,参与国家自然科学基金4项、军委前沿科技项目1项;曾参与/主持包括“973”、国家自然科学基金等项目15项。被约为IEEE Trans. Automatic Control, AutomaticaIFAC, IEEE Communication letters, IET Signal Processing, IET Radar Sonar Navigation, Asian Journal of Control, 《控制理论与应用》, 《电子信息学报》等国内外刊物的审稿人。CCD 2009, CICCAT 2017, ICIA 2018国际会议程序委员。

IEEE senior member. As an associate professor at XTU and an advisor of graduate students in Control Science & Engineering, Dr. Zhou has been dedicating to research on Signal Processing &Information Fusion, as well as Intelligent Decision& Control for years. Till now, as the first author he has nearly 30 papers published in international journals like IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IET Control Theory & Applications, and Science China Information Science; Besides, he has nearly 20 papers published and presented at international conferences such as CDC, ICIF, and IFAC-WC. Among them, 12 are included in SCI expandedand31 in EI compendex. Dr. Zhou is PI/coPI of 8 projects from NSFC and NSFHunan etc. Currently, he serves actively as a reviewer for IEEE Trans. Automatic Control, Automatica (IFAC), IEEE Communication letters, IET Signal Processing, IET Radar Sonar Navigation, Asian Journal of Control, etc. He has served as Program Committee for CCD 2009, CICCAT 2017, and ICIA 2018.

(1)信号处理与信息融合

基于统计信号处理的状态估计与信息融合,及其在无线传感器与执行器网络(WSAN)、网络化控制系统中的应用;

(2)无线传感器与执行器网络(WSAN)/集群机器人

WSAN/集群机器人的拓扑、协议与应用,以及基于此的控制理论与系统;

(3)智能决策与控制

基于智能决策的模式分类、故障诊断与容错控制
